If your are having problems logging in please make sure you check your username and password are being entered correctly, your profile has been put on hold because of a bad payment or you violated the terms & conditions of the website. In addtion, fake profiles created for commercial use are all locked as soon as they are discovered.
Please ensure all required fields for registration have been correctly filled in. If you previously had a profile, please contact the support service@support-datebeach.com and request activation of your e-mail address.
Please note that we check all uploaded photos. Therefore, it can take up to 48 hours before a photo appears in your photo album.
Unfortunately, you can’t post images that are not of you.
Also, photos with any of the following will not be allowed; naked pictures which show genitals, comics, landscapes, group pictures and single body parts (e.g. upper arm with Tattoo).
To change your profile picture, go to "Overview" and click on "My Photos". Click the star below the picture you would like to make your profile picture.
Please note, changes to your profile picture can take up to 45 minutes to take effect and you can only change your profile picture to one you are not naked.
If your photo is still not released after 24 hours, please check whether your image is within the guidelines of the general sharing policies. Photos that won’t be released include:
-Photos which don’t show you personally
-Nude photos which show genital
-Animations
-Landscapes
-Group photos
-Single body parts (i.e. upper arm with tattoo).
Please review the following areas which can prevent you from completing your purchase of a Premium Membership:
-Your first and last name must be identical to the account holder
-Have you correctly entered the routing number and account number?
-Does your account have sufficient funds? Is your account frozen by the bank due to lack or credit available or insufficient funds for this transaction?
-Is your account data on a black list because of a failure to make payments for intenet transactions in the past?
To send a kiss to another member, you must have purchased a Premium Membership.
Please log in, click on "My Account." Then under the “My Account” section you can change your city or zip code.
We are saddened that you want to discontinue using our service. To deactivate your profile, you must first cancel your Premium or Trial Membership.
If you still would like to deactivate your profile you can do so via telephone, fax, letter, or online. When you cancel your Premium Membership you will need all of the following information:
- First and last name
- Address
- E-mail Address (Identical to the e-mail address that was used when you registered your account)
- Username
- Account number for billing
- Total Amount
- Reason for Withdrawal
**Please note all fax or letter cancellation requests must be typed.

Please make sure to cancel your Premium Membership within the deadlines specified. The trial package can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the end of the term. Premium Memberships can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your Premium Membership is automatically renewed. If you are going to cancel your Premium Membership we recommend you cancel it at least one week before your account is automatically renewed.
